Dinner and A Show

Picture

This event has ended

Music, craft beer, and a chef-curated menu—all for one "screaming deal" price.
On Saturday, February 21st, join us for a special Dinner and a Show collaboration between Orpheus Project, Red Spruce Eatery, and Forbidden Peak Brewery. For just $75, your all-inclusive ticket includes:
• A Ticket to the multimedia performance of Acoustic Turbulence.
• A Special Dinner curated by Chef Uddipa of Red Spruce Eatery.
• Two Drinks from Forbidden Peak Brewery.

The Performance: Acoustic Turbulence
In ancient Egyptian mythology, bees were sacred symbols of the journey of the soul. Told through the six stages of the queen bumblebee life cycle, Acoustic Turbulence follows a soul from its beginning to its end—tracking the path from a state of ignorance and suffering to one of ultimate truth, peace, and union with the divine.
This immersive multimedia performance features a company of dancers, evocative poetry, and stunning visual art, all set to an original composition performed by a live musical ensemble.

The Itinerary
• 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM: Dinner Service at Forbidden Peak Brewery.
(Note: To make the 7:30 PM curtain, all dinner orders must be placed by 6:15 PM!)
• 7:30 PM: Show Time at Thunder Mountain Middle School.

The Menu
Chef Uddipa has designed two incredible options that celebrate the very pollinators that make our food possible:
• Beef Bullalo Soup (GF/DF): Beef cooked in a light, aromatic bone broth of ginger, lemongrass, and garlic. Served with corn, bok choy, steamed rice, lime, Barnacle Foods chili crisp, and caramelized honey.
• Warm Tofu Goddess Bowl (Vegan/Vegetarian): Bulgar wheat, honey-roasted sweet potatoes, zucchini, green curry marinated tofu, Juneau Greens microgreens, and cucumbers.

Taproom House Rules
You must be 21 years of age or older to visit us in the taproom (unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian). We are a family-friendly establishment, but please be responsible with your children. Service Animals & sasquatches are the only non-humans allowed on the premises.

We can't wait to share this memorable evening with you!

P.S. How did the bees help with your order? * The Beef: Bees pollinate the alfalfa and clover that cows eat—no bees, no beef!
• The Veggies: Sweet potatoes and zucchini require "buzz pollination," a specialized vibration only bumblebees can provide.
• The Beer: The hops and floral notes in your glass rely on the healthy ecosystem these pollinators maintain.
Essentially, the bees worked hard so we can have this evening together. We won’t let them down! See you there!
